Fees are taken from your prepaid wallet when a live payment succeeds. Failed, expired and staging payments are never charged.
Common questions
Do you hold my money?
No. Customers pay straight into the UPI account you connect. We only create the payment, confirm it with your provider and tell your website.
Which accounts can I connect?
PhonePe Payment Gateway (the default), Paytm, Razorpay and Cashfree with their API keys, or any UPI ID with Direct UPI (dynamic QR plus UTR confirmation).
How are transaction charges and GST charged?
Your package sets the transaction charges (a percent, a fixed amount, or both). GST is charged only on those charges. Both are taken from your prepaid wallet when a live payment succeeds. Many packages have no transaction charges.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. Every account has a staging mode with its own API keys. Use your provider’s UAT keys or the built-in simulator; staging payments are free and do not count towards limits.
What happens if a customer closes the page?
The payment is still confirmed: your provider notifies us, and we check open payments automatically. Your server receives the webhook either way.
